Giclee Prints
As abstractions, the watercolor paintings in this gallery are beautiful, emotional statements shown by the subtle shifting of color. Counterpoints of texture and line in the paintings add to the complexity of feeling that is elemental in the human sense of beauty. Its title aside, each piece offers the viewer an opportunity to imagine...and to create...a personal interpretation of the painting. The paintings are, therefore, co-creations authored by the artist and by the viewer.

The limited edition giclee (ghee-clay) prints of these paintings are superior reproductions that rival the original watercolors. Giclee, a French word that means to spurt or spray, describes the printing process in which more than a million droplets of ink per second are sprayed on the paper. This collection is printed with the finest archival inks on acid free, rag Torchon by Hahnemuhle. Many of the prints are handcolored by the artist. All editions are limited, signed and numbered.

Prices of both original watercolors and giclee prints include mat and backing board; packaging and shipping will be added.
